Why Teleos?

Teleos comes from a Greek word that is about finishing and completion. It has to do with arriving at a goal, not just ‘getting there’ but also in a personal sense of completeness and fulfilment. There is a sense of purpose and vision achieved and work well done.

We chose the name because as a company our main aim is to help people and organisations find their vision and work out how to achieve it. Sometimes that means helping people think through options, sometimes it means very practical things like developing workable policies and procedures.

Whatever it is we aim to work with you, the client, to find out exactly what your training needs are and the best way to go about fulfilling them.
